- Germination failure due to climate, soil conditions, or farming practices

2. Time Frame for Return Request
You must raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this time may not be eligible.
3. How to Request a Return/Refund

4. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–7 working days
- Refund amount may exclude shipping charges if the customer is at fault
5. Replacement Policy
Where feasible, we may replace the defective or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund.
6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the issue is from our side → We bear the return shipping cost
- If the customer initiates return for personal reasons → Customer bears shipping cost
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
